The most precious item that we understand from Sakura and can obviously tell that she cares for a lot in her room is her picture with Team 7. The picture held memories for her. It was the only picture they all took together and it was the very last as well. It was also the only picture that she had of Sasuke since he never bothered with such trivial things.
