There isn't much development for Sasuke really since he's already as strong as he is. He was never weak at one point and the only thing
different about him is that he's become stronger and stronger. There is no need for me to say much of anything except after he left Konoha is when
he completely changed and developed. Orochimaru lured him to become his apprentice/container so Sasuke went to him alongside four other Sound nins who were escorting him.
 They gave Sasuke more power and that is how Sasuke turned out to look. He looks like a demon. He's still the same as always such as his attitude but he's way stronger in this form of his. He even beat Naruto when they were both fighting. It sucks that it had to turn out this way but Sasuke really has gone to the dark side. It proves it. He's now more powerful than ever and this isn't even when we reach the manga time skip which is two and a half years from now. He is still able to return to his original form though.
